Google And Samsung are becoming major companies in the smart contact lens industry. Both companies have been already laying the groundwork for this technology. Samsung has been working on researching optic-related smart technologies for more than 5 years. Likewise, Google has a dedicated research organization for smart contact lenses.

US Court reaffirms that data scraping is legal
A US court has concluded that “Data Scraping” is not hacking. Hence, it is not illegal to scrape data from websites, and social media platforms, unless there are defensive technologies in place. This reafirmation is related to a lawsuit by HiQ Labs to block a cease-and-desist letter from LinkedIn in which the company wanted to stop the scraping of data from the social networking site.

Google Wallet may soon be relaunched
Google might bring back its payment app Wallet as a “comprehensive digital wallet”. The new Google Wallet will be available in Google Play Services, and will act as a home for all of the digital cards and memberships.

The support for Microsoft Office 2013 will end in 2023
Microsoft warned Office 2013 users that once the support will end, “security updates will no longer be available”. Also, the company will cease providing its users any bug fixes, as well as technical support.
