Intel overturned a $1.2B antitrust fine issued by the European Union
The European Commission handed Intel the 1.06 billion euro ($1.2 billion) fine in 2009, after an investigation concluded that the company had abused its dominant position in the chip industry. Now, the General Court, a constituent court of the Court of Justice of the European Union, rejected the fine, saying the commission didn’t do a proper economic analysis.

Apple released iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 to fix an actively exploited bug
Apple fixed several security flaws, including a Safari bug that lets websites a user visits see their browsing history and other personal data. The company also launched watchOS 8.4 for Apple Watch users. This update also focuses on bug fixes and performance improvements.

A major Windows 11 update will be released in February
