AMD announces FreeSync 2 technology
FreeSync, AMD’s variable refresh rate tech for gaming monitors, now comes in better version. FreeSync 2, which will coexist alongside FreeSync, combines variable refresh rates with the many HDR displays that are expected to be launched at CES 2017.

Kingston has created a 2 TB flash drive
Kingston’s DataTraveler Ultimate GT is the “world’s highest capacity USB flash drive.” It has a zinc-alloy casing for improved durability and uses a USB 3.1 adapter.

Qualcomm launches the Snapdragon 835
The processor features support for Quick Charge 4.0, and is capable of delivering 27 percent higher performance while consuming 40 percent less power than the Snapdragon 821. Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 packs an Adreno 540 GPU, and is 30 percent smaller than the Snapdragon 820.

Acer Predator 21 X
Acer’s new gaming laptop is almost as expensive as a new car with a price of €9,999 in Europe. The Predator 21 X has a seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7820HK Kaby Lake processor, dual Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 GPUs, 64GB of RAM, room for five storage drives and Thunderbolt 3 ports.

Kuri the robot can express a lot of emotion
Kuri was created by Bosch startup Mayfield Robotics. Kuri can hear, speak, navigate its own environment and avoid obstacles. The robot’s hearing is powered by a 4-microphone and there’s also a 1080p camera that you can use to see what Kuri is seeing when you’re not home.
