Alexa may answer the users questions with ads
Announced at the company’s Accelerate 2022 conference, the new feature is called Customers Ask Alexa. It allows brands to include answers to customer questions, so when they ask them either online or through an Echo device, Amazon could add a sponsored product response.
Uber is investigating a ‘cybersecurity incident’
A hacker apparently gained access to vulnerability reports and shared screenshots of the company’s Amazon Web Services console, VMware ESXi virtual machines, Google Workspace email admin dashboard, and Slack server. The breach had reportedly forced Uber to take several internal communications and engineering systems offline.
