In your role as the Business Analyst you will evaluate deliverables prepared by the project team members to make sure the work meets the project requirements and maintains a high level of quality.

About the position

You will write and maintain requirements according to ISO standards. This position requires you to provide support to the product development team within the requirement process.

The job also consists of:
– Maintenance of the traceability required by special development standards(EUROCAE ED-109A, ED-153).
– Translating of domain specific customer stories into product requirements.
– Providing support in preparation of backlog items by preparing and reviewing requirements.
– Creating and reviewing customer and system requirements.


Desired skills

Required skills:
Ability to work autonomously in a globally distributed team;
Good English skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have but not mandatory:
German language skills;
A relevant certification (like IREB, IIBA).


Experience

3+ years in requirements engineering/business analysis;
Former experience with Software Development Planning tools (like Jira);
Experience with Document collaboration (like Confluence);
Experience with Requirements Engineering related tools (like Jama);
Practical experience with Scrum.
