As the DevOps Engineer you will develop solutions to fix inherent barriers that exist between software development, testing, and operations teams.

They develop and deliver fail-safe, user-friendly, custom-tailored solutions that empower their customers to efficiently perform their tasks.
The company and it’s associated subsidiaries are present in over 50 countries. Their development and R&D centre in Romania is located in Cluj-Napoca. 

About the position

You will develop and test our client’s automation tools to operate and manage our client’s products in safety-critical customer environments.

The job also consists of:
– Automating our client’s deployment, testing and documentation workflows.
– Developing proof of concepts.
– Integrating and testing off-the-shelf applications into the product offering.
– Identifying with the development teams automatable processes and automate them.

Desired skills

Required skills:
Strong knowledge of IP networking, especially IPv6;
Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Docker and its ecosystem;
Good English skills, both written and verbal.


Past experience working in an Agile team;
Scripting experience (Shell, Python);
Former experience in running large server based systems, operational experience of micro-services systems is an advantage;
Experience in configuration tools (puppet, ansible, chef);
Experience with continuous delivery pipelines (Jenkins, automated testing).
