Job Description

As the Scrum Master you will be responsible for conducting all scrum ceremonies, such as backlog grooming, release planning, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and demo.

About the position

In order to be a successful candidate you must have a proven background in leading and motivating Scrum teams in fast paced organizations, and to be capable of coaching the Scrum Team on the Scrum methodology, agile principles and behaviours if required. This position requires you to be responsible for enabling agile teams to successfully deliver projects from concept to cash, within the Agile Life Cycle.

The job also consists of:

– Promoting team communication.
– Motivating the team and playing the role of coach and mentor.
– Helping the team to turn the product backlog into working functionality.
– Assisting in the improvement of engineering practices and tools.
– Managing and reporting on team deliverables status with the relevant tools.
– Responsibility for releasing planning and tracking dependencies.
– Responsibility for enacting agile values and practices.

Ability to adopt a committed and innovative approach to problem solving and overcoming obstacles.

A strong team player;
Excellent communication skills required for an effective dialogue with customer representatives and stakeholders.


Former experience in successfully leading teams and managing projects, end to end;
Solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development;
Hand-on experience working with Scrum teams;
Past experience with Agile software lifecycle in a product development environment.
