3.1. IJC operates this website with respect towards all laws on personal information as well as the User’s privacy. IJC will retain data allowing the identification of a person only when this data is sent by the user to the Website address.

5.1. The User acknowledges to have all rights to the content he displays or transmits in any way to The Website.

5.3. Users sending electronic communication on behalf of any natural or legal person, on behalf of any entity of employing fake email addresses will be sanctioned in accordance to the law. 

5.4. Any User can comment on any content as long as that comment is not illegal, threatening or defamatory in any way, obscene or disturbing privacy, violating intelectual property, any form of promotional or advertising, any form of spam, any form of malware.

If resolving matters this way proves to be impossible, the conflict will be settled in court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
