Musk emailed employees saying the company would become X and that his note “was the last email he’ll ever send from a Twitter email address”. Musk also announced that the URL “X.com” would now automatically redirect users to Twitter.

Twitter will soon limit the number of daily direct messages (DMs) for unverified accounts

The company has announced that it will soon implement a new rule that puts a limit on the number of DMs that people who choose not to pay for a Blue subscription can send per day. Twitter said the change is part of its efforts to reduce spam in direct messages.
