The feature, found in preview versions under the name “Dynamic Wallpaper”, is described as a background that automatically updates based on the user’s choice. Microsoft has worked on dynamic (also known as ‘live’) wallpapers in the past, and then abandoned the idea.

Epic Games settles antitrust lawsuit with Samsung after negotiations
