European Commission Vice President Vera Jourova said that X has the highest ratio of disinformation among large social media platforms. An EU report analysed the ratio of disinformation, presenting for the first time the scale of fake news on social media across the EU.

FTC sued Amazon for allegedly monopolizing the industry
In the lawsuit, Amazon is accused of leveraging a “set of interlocking anticompetitive and unfair strategies” to maintain a monopoly. The officials also suggest that Amazon allegedly prevents rivals from competing against it and lowers the quality of products, thus putting consumers at a disadvantage.

CIA will build its own AI Chatbot
The CIA’s chatbot will use advanced generative artificial intelligence to help its agents access and understand open-source data. The U.S agency did not clarify on what type of model it will be using in its new tool. It also did not disclose how they plan to safeguard their information from leaks.

The Google Podcasts app will be shut down in 2024
Google is discontinuing Google Podcasts and making YouTube Music its new centralized podcast app. In a blog post, the company stated that according to outside research, 23 percent of podcast listeners say YouTube is their most frequently used service, while just four percent use Google Podcasts.
