Google unveiled a new Android logo

Google changed its mobile OS branding into “Android” with a capital A instead of all lowercase letters. The company is also updating the droid logo to a 3D avatar.


Facebook will eliminate the News section in the UK, France and Germany

The company claims users do not visit the platform for news and political content and said the change will affect a limited number of users. Meta says it will continue to honor its existing agreements with publishers in the respective countries “until they expire”.


TikTok opened its first EU data center in Ireland

TikTok has started transferring European user information to its newly launched data center as part of its ongoing response to data privacy concerns around the app’s links to China. The company is also allowing a European security company access to audit cyber-security and data protection controls.

Microsoft will unveil new features for OneDrive, with a potential focus on AI integration to help users organize their files.

The phone will have a 6.72-inch FHD+ screen, MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor and 6GB of RAM. It will come with a 5,000mAh battery.
