Microsoft announced a new partnership with Meta to launch Llama 2, an AI language model for commercial use

Meta said in a blog post that Microsoft is its “preferred partner” for its Llama 2 software, which is available for free for companies and researchers. The model will also be available on Microsoft Azure platform catalog and Amazon SageMaker.

WhatsApp will add a feature that allows messaging unknown contacts without saving their numbers

The feature will be available on Android and iOS. Users can simply enter a person’s phone number to start a conversation, after updating WhatsApp to the newest version from the Google Play store or Apple’s App Store.

Microsoft’s Bing Chat A.I. bot now allows visual search

Visual Search will start rolling out to Bing Chat desktop users, along with people who access the Bing mobile apps. It will also be added at a later date for the just announced and launched Bing Chat Enterprise chatbot.

ASUS and Intel have reached an agreement for the manufacture of NUC systems

Asus will sell and support 10th to 13th Gen NUC product lines. This agreement also grants ASUS the rights to develop its own NUC systems in the future.
