Google confirmed users will need to pay for Bard Advanced
The company will launch its new chatbot, Bard Advanced in the coming moths. The new AI model will be more powerful than the previous version of Google Bard, which is now powered by Gemini Pro. Bard in its current form is available to users for free, compared to the $20 per month it costs to use ChatGPT-4 with a Plus subscription.

Apple fixed a zero-day bug in Apple Vision Pro
The vulnerability was found in WebKit, the browser engine that powers Safari and other web apps. If exploited, the bug could have allowed code with malware to run on the affected device. visionOS 1.0.2, the software that runs on the Vision Pro, includes the fix for this particular vulnerability.

Google’s ‘Circle to Search’ feature is now available on the Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro and Galaxy S24 series
The new feature, which was launched in January, lets users search from any app on their phone using gestures like circling, highlighting, scribbling or tapping. Circle to Search makes it easy to search for anything without exiting the app you are in. The selection could include any image, video, or text that is displayed on the screen.

Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA) fined Uber €10 million for violating data privacy laws
The DPA found that Uber had not specified in its terms and conditions for how long it retained its drivers’ personal data, or how it secured the data when sending it to entities in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The fine was imposed in the Netherlands because it is where Uber has it European headquarters.
