Google fixed a bug
Google has fixed a bug in Android 14 that led to loss of storage access

The bug appeared with the launch of Android 14 back on October 8th and had affected the users who had a work or other secondary profile on their Pixel device. The system would display that the apps used up all of the storage. Further, since the device had no available storage to work with, users would get locked out of using their phone. Some users also reported that their phones kept rebooting continuously.

Microsoft will use Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to boost AI services for Bing

Oracle announced a multi-year agreement with Microsoft to support the growth of AI services. The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI infrastructure will offer support the AI models that are being optimized to power Bing’s conversational searches.

Google added a new feature in Chrome browser that tells users how much RAM each tab is consuming

To view the memory usage of a tab, users simply need to hover their mouse cursor over the tab. The will appear a pop-up window displaying the tab’s RAM usage in megabytes. This new feature will be rolling out gradually to Chrome users worldwide.

Waze will warn drivers about roads with high crash frequency

The feature will use artificial intelligence, historical crash data, and critical route information such as usual traffic levels, type of road, elevation, etc. to warn drivers about a crash-prone road. The feature has been tested as part of several beta releases since December last year.
