Copilot Vision on Windows
Microsoft launched Copilot Vision on Windows, allowing the AI to ‘see’ what is on the screen

The tool allows users to share up to two apps with Copilot, so that they can then chat about what it sees. Copilot Vision is currently rolling out to Windows 10 and 11 users in the United States. Microsoft says that users in other non-European countries will soon have access to the feature.

Mistral and Nvidia will collaborate to build the next-generation AI cloud services in Europe

The initiative, which includes building AI data centers in France using Nvidia chips, would expand Mistral’s business model. The AI startup will transition from being a model developer to a vertically integrated AI cloud provider.

Google unveiled a new AI model and website for forecasting tropical storms

Google DeepMind and Google Research claim the the new, experimental AI-based model for forecasting cyclones can generate 50 different scenarios for a storm’s possible track, size, and intensity up to 15 days in advance.

Google will reduce Pixel 6A battery capacity due to overheating issues

There were several reports online of Pixel 6a units spontaneously catching fire while charging so Google is taking some precautionary measures. The update will “enable battery management features” that will “reduce capacity and charging performance” once the battery reaches 400 charging cycles.

Nord CE 5 will have a 6.7-inch OLED screen, Dimensity 8350 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It will come with a 7,100mAh battery.

The phone will have an 8.03-inch inner foldable screen and a 6.53-inch cover display. It will come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a 6,000mAh battery.
