Microsoft failed to fix major PowerShell Gallery security vulneralibities even after claiming it did
Aqua Security has published a report which highlights a series of major security vulnerabilities in Microsoft’s PowerShell Gallery. Microsoft acknowledged the issues when informed about them and claimed it had addressed two separate issues, once in February 2022 and a second time this past January. “However, we’ve continued to check, and these issues still exist”, said the lead security researcher at Aqua.
