Apple has released a generative AI model called OpenELM
OpenELM is a set of four large language models (LLMs) that can run entirely on a single device rather than having to connect to cloud servers. The smallest model features 270 million parameters, while the most advanced has about 1.1 billion parameters. These LLMs are available on the Hugging Face Hub, a central platform for sharing AI code and datasets.

Microsoft will enable ads inside the Start menu on Windows 11 for all users
The latest optional updates for Windows 11 version 22H2 and version 23H2 include several improvements, but they also bring advertisements to the Recommended section of the Start menu. The full rollout of the update is scheduled for next month.
