ChatGPT could soon replace Google Assistant on Android phones
Code within the ChatGPT app suggests that it will be able to become the default voice assistant on Android in the future. The app currently doesn’t have all the necessary code requirements to be set as a default digital assistant, even if users manually enable the activity. However, an incomplete code strings strongly imply that it’s a feature that OpenAI is actively developing.

Microsoft and OpenAI are sued for copyright infringement over AI training models
Two nonfiction authors are alleging that the companies “simply stole” the writers’ copyrighted works to help build a billion-dollar artificial intelligence system. The authors are seeking damages from Microsoft and OpenAI as well as asking the companies to stop using copyright information to train AI models.
