Google Gemini can now “remember” certain things about users, such as interests and personal preferences. The change is now available only to subscribers with access to Gemini Advanced, and it will allow the AI chatbot to provide “even more helpful and relevant responses”, according to Gemini’s most recent release notes.

WhatsApp will soon add voice message transcripts
Voice message transcripts in WhatsApp can turn any voice message into regular text with on-device processing for extra privacy. The company claims, “no one else can hear or read your personal messages”. Message transcripts are launching in only “a few select languages”, but WhatsApp plans to add more in the coming months.
